Project Overview
This project consisted of a 10,000 SF addition which produced more working space for the mechanics off of the dealership's existing building. The structure is prefabricated steel and masonry block wall with concrete flooring.
The client was so pleased with the results that they immediately commissioned Phase 2 — a full renovation of the existing workspace to match the quality and finish of the new addition.
