CIE Transport Inc.
A ground-up design/build development on a vacant 2.2-acre land site. The project required a zoning change to allow truck/trailer repair and outdoor parking. Upon completion, the site will consist of a 7,350 SF precast building (2,880 SF of office and 4,470 SF of truck repair) with 1.5 acres of outdoor trailer parking.

St. Charles Toyota — Phase 2
Following the success of Phase 1, our client asked us back to renovate their existing workspace to match the new addition. Work includes new drainage systems, refinished floors, painted walls and ceilings, upgraded staff washrooms, and a new locker room with custom framing.
